If you would like to book either cottage, please use the calendars below to check current availability and then send us an email. We will get in touch with you confirming availability and send you a booking form. 25% of the rent is due on booking and the balance is due 2 months before the holiday begins.
In the case of Balgowan House, there is a good housekeeping deposit of £250 which is due 2 weeks before the start of the holiday. This is repaid provided the house is left in good order
